Leadership and Strategic Governance – Be the Drop! @ SouthStart Festival

Many thanks to Amelia Veale, of Narrative Marketing’s Be The Drop, for our discussion at SouthStart’s Emergence Festival 2021 regarding the underpinning structure and processes that are required to enable fast-moving and people focussed leadership. As we move through the covid-19 pandemic, strategic governance can provide frameworks to provide practical assistance for effective response, recovery and reconstruction leadership.

We are all leaders.  During this dynamic time, a blend of visionary and practical leadership is required. In a crisis, leadership which is people-focussed, fast-moving, practical, engaging, coordinated and empowering builds, and re-builds, trust, communities and nations.

Stay safe and well.
