Electronic Evidence and Electronic Signatures - Mason & Seng’s New Book!

Congratulations to Stephen Mason and Daniel Seng, on the publication of Electronic Evidence and Electronic Signatures (5th Edition, Institute of Advanced Legal Studies for the SAS Humanities Digital Library, School of Advanced Study, University of London, 2021) which is available for purchase and PDF download from:

 https://www.sas.ac.uk/publications/electronic-evidence-and-electronic-signatures

I was honoured to be invited to co-author Chapter 9 - Proof: the technical collection and examination of electronic evidence - with international colleagues Andrew Sheldon, Hein Dries, Burkhard Schafer and Stephen Mason.

Pleasingly, both paperback and hardback editions are available and the authors, the editor and the publisher have collectively continued to make available the 5th Edition under a Creative Commons licence:

“We made this carefully considered decision because we want to promote a better understanding of electronic evidence, and wish to facilitate the greater accessibility and availability of our combined scholarship. We commend the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London, for its strong and continued support for academic education, learning and scholarship and the advancement of knowledge.”
